Terms and Conditions
1. Exchange & Return Policy
- TAL does not provide refunds but extends a credit note valid for one year.
- Customers dissatisfied with ordered garments may choose to exchange for an equivalent or higher value. The exchange must take place within 5 business days of the purchase date. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 563399881 to facilitate the pickup process.
- The garment being exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags intact. Any item not in its original condition will not be accepted.
- If a customer opts for an exchange, they are responsible for covering the associated delivery fees for pickup and redelivery.
- Regrettably, customized sizes or lengths are non-exchangeable.
- If a customer receives an incorrect or damaged garment, TAL will be responsible for exchanging the item, provided it is communicated within 24 hours (1 day) of delivery along, with appropriate photo evidence.
2. Delivery & Shipping Policy
- We offer delivery services to all countries. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number for your order.
- Shipping costs vary based on the emirate or country, determined by zone, quantity, and weight. These costs will be transparently communicated during the checkout process before payment.
- In certain countries, customers may be subject to customs duties on items, a fee not included in the sale price and payable upon delivery.
3. Payment Options
For secure payment transactions, our preferred method is credit card. We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Apple Pay
- Tabby (instalment plan)
- Mamo Pay
WhatsApp and Instagram orders will only be processed after the full amount has been paid.
4. Delivery Time
Please find below the delivery times; if garment customization was requested, kindly allow an additional 3 days for production and delivery.
UAE (Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah): 5-7 business days
UAE (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK, Umm Al Quwain): 5-7 business days
Rest of GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain): 7-10 business days
Rest of the World: Approximately 10-15 business days
NOTE:
Extra business days may be required for orders placed on weekends. If garment customization was requested, kindly allow an additional 3 days for production and delivery.
5. Alterations
If customers wish to alter a piece post-delivery, a charge of 50 AED will apply in addition to a delivery pickup and return fee of 50 AED, excluding tax.
6. Customization
If customers wish to customize a piece pre-delivery, a charge of 100 AED will apply.
7. Cancellation
If a customer wishes to cancel the order, they need to notify us in writing or via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing the order. It's important to note that customized and altered sizes cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is a top priority at The Anonymous Label (TAL). Any information you share with us will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party. We adhere to strict privacy standards to ensure the protection and responsible use of your personal data.
9. Force Majeure
In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or governmental actions, TAL may experience delays in delivery. While we’ll make every effort to minimize disruptions, please understand that these events may impact expected delivery times. TAL cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
